3 Wiring Jobs in Alanson Michigan
Well today I got up early, went down to the local supply house and bought materials for three electrical services that I was contracted to do in a mobile home park called Alanson Estates. It’s not the most glamorous work but it pays the bills.
I was first contacted by Roger Pataky of Noble Homes rental properties about the job. They had just recently purchased the park from a bank that had foreclosed on the previous owner. They’re really making a difference there. They’ve taken out several of the older trailers (some of which were condemned) and are installing newer models and renovating them. I remember the park a few years ago and it was not pleasant to look at. Many of the trailers had trash around them and their condition was not good at all. Now all that has changed, “spic and span” would be the words I’d use to describe things now.
It took all day straight without a break but I managed to get all three completed. I do enjoy the feeling of accomplishment I get with a job well done. Hopefully soon Noble Homes will have those houses rented or sold and expanding the park as they have planned.
