New Signage Lighting for Harbor Plaza- Harbor Springs Michigan
It was so nice to see the warm weather today. I thought I would take advantage of it and install the new sign lights that Jim Fisher of Cadillac Insurance had me order for the new tenant at Harbor Plaza in Harbor Springs. Jim is the contact there, he manages the place for the owner. It works out well for he and the owner since his business is in the same center.
The old lights as you can see by the picture are just that… really old. Because of their age it wasn’t very cost effective to keep repairing them. So Jim talked to the owner and he decided to upgrade to the new goose neck style lights that are on other parts of the building. The initial cost is greater than just repairing the old fixtures but there is very little maintenance involved in the new style. These new fixtures not only look better but will cost less overtime because of increased energy efficiency and reduced maintenance. What a great way to increase your bottom line!

Can you give me prices for the fluorescent fixtures. Do you have a Canadian branch. If not do you ship to Canada?
Hi Sandra, I’m an electrician in Northern Michigan. I’m not a supply house. I was taking down the fluorescent fixtures and installing the new goose neck fixtures. I would try an electrical supply house in your area.
